Meet Our Senior Home Care Providers
Our team of senior home care providers is uniquely qualified
Every member of our team is professional and well trained. We conduct a thorough screening and interviewing process to identify the best senior home care providers, and only those who pass this process go on to complete training to deliver our special brand of home care and become Comfort Keepers. What truly sets our people apart, though, is their natural gift for caring for others.
All Comfort Keepers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. They are bonded, insured and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.

Robyn and Jerry Maxfield
Hi, my name is Robyn Maxfield, and I am proud of our Comfort Keepers staff and caregivers. Every day, they make such a positive difference in the lives of our clients and their family members. They understand what you may be going through, because many of us are family-member caregivers ourselves.
My 90-year-old grandmothers were my inspiration to change my career path as a regional newspaper editor and enter the field of in-home care. Basically healthy, my grandmothers didn’t qualify for Home Health, but in order to remain safely at home they needed help with meals, transportation and medication reminders. Nothing was available in their area at that time. Watching my family with the often difficult task of helping my grandmothers make eldercare decisions was all the motivation I needed.
In 2001, my husband Jerry and I opened our Comfort Keepers office in the Mini-Cassia area and soon opened offices in Pocatello and Twin Falls. It is very humbling as I think back over the years of the clients we have helped to age gracefully at home, and how appreciative they have been. Customer Service is very important to me, and our staff’s dedication to provide our clients with respect, dignity and the highest level of quality of life achievable has not gone unnoticed.
I love that I am part of a business that serves others. I also enjoy doing volunteer service work in women’s ministry at my church and with Soroptimists International of Minico, a businesswomen’s service organization. Jerry and I have been married 35 years, and we have just entered an exciting new chapter of life; being Nana and Grandpa to our two grandchildren.
